Consumer leadership program 2023
A customised program for consumer workers wanting to develop leadership skills. The program runs over 12 months and includes 10 half-day learning workshops, 3 group coreflection sessions, 2 hours of individual supervision and an event with panel speakers.
Places are strictly limited, with preference given to Victorian consumer workers.

Human rights from consumer perspective
This module introduces human rights from a consumer perspective. Learners will explore key rights concepts and issues for consumers, and how the foundation of human rights runs through all consumer roles. This module provides an overview of Victorian, Australian and international conventions and laws which protect and restrict human rights and the role of protections and oversight mechanisms and organisations. Learners will have opportunities to explore the application of human rights to their practice. This module is relevant to all consumer roles.
Course length: 2 x half days (4h), 1pm - 5pm

Eligibility: Open to non-consumer workers
